We currently ship exclusively within the European Union (EU). Orders placed from outside the EU cannot be processed at this time. However, we are actively considering expanding shipping to additional regions in the future. Updates will be announced on our website.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, logistics conditions, and your destination within the EU.

Estimated delivery times: Shipments from EU warehouses to EU customers:
3–10 business days (on average). Shipments from international warehouses to EU customers: 7–20 business days (on average).

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only. External factors such as local postal delays, customs procedures, high-volume periods, or carrier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country, order value, and product availability. Orders over €50 benefit of Free shipping; Orders under €50 have €3.95 shipping fee. All applicable charges are clearly displayed before payment, with no hidden costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and have more than one tracking number. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be updated daily. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment at any time once it becomes active.

We accept secure online payments using major credit and debit cards, along with other trusted payment methods displayed during checkout, for example: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal etc.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your card or payment details.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our return policy. To be eligible for a return (when applicable): Items must be in the same condition that you received them; must include all original packaging, accessories, and components when possible; must not be returned without prior authorization. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as: Personal care items (if opened), Intimate or sanitary goods, custom or personalized products, digital items. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is: damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos or video to help us verify the problem. After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate solution and inform you as soon as possible.

No customs duties apply to EU orders under €150. For eligible orders, VAT is handled in accordance with EU regulations. Customers should not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery. If you choose to return a product, return shipping costs may be your responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
