This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on eclommerce.com.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 15:00 EET are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment and logistics partners based on product availability and operational conditions.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
EU deliveries: 3–10 business days (estimated)
Other destinations: 7–20 business days (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier capacity, customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods or carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Eclommerce uses a simple and transparent shipping structure:
Orders under €50 → €3.95 shipping fee
Orders of €50 or more → Free shipping
Shipping fees are applied automatically at checkout based on your order total.
Free shipping may be also offered during limited-time or certain promotions.
All orders include tracking. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the parcel is dispatched.
If your tracking link does not update or appears inactive, please contact us via email or Whatsaopp and we will assist you.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery timeframe by more than 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Check your mailbox and surrounding delivery area
2. Ask neighbors or building management
3. Contact your local postal carrier
If the package cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We will assist with carrier investigations; however, refunds or replacements are subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Address changes can only be made before order processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
EU Customers
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
For eligible orders, VAT is collected at checkout in accordance with EU OSS and IOSS regulations. In these cases, no additional VAT charges should be due upon delivery.
Customs & Import Charges
In certain cases, customs authorities or carriers may request additional information or apply charges outside of our control. This may occur, for example, due to customs inspections, carrier handling fees, incorrect customer information, or orders that fall outside the scope of OSS or IOSS.
Any customs duties, handling fees, or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
